Clients in Kensal Green, North West London requesting a house extension and a loft conversion.
They had spoken to one of our previous Clients who assured them that Charles Henderson Construction sticks to their fixed costs and on most occasions advised them on ways to reduce costs, even though it meant less work for the company.
The works we carried out was a hip-to-gable loft conversion with uPVC casement windows. Inside the loft conversion, they wanted an en-suite shower room which was fully tiled with a double vanity unit and a back to wall toilet pan and system.
They also requested electric underfloor heating. The bedroom consisted of 10 LED lights to the ceiling and wanted 2 storage doors for easy access. Staircase was manufactured to match the existing design with a mahogany handrail.
The house extension consisted of a pitched roof with three Velux windows. The ceiling inside was also pitched to create a feel of a larger room. Two internal walls were removed to create an open plan living space with an Oak fitted kitchen. French doors and 2 casement windows was supplied and fitted and a tiled floor with underfloor heating.
